Reiki is a gentle energy healing system which is a very simple, yet powerful process.

My aim is to promote harmony and balance, raise your vibration and help you connect to your innate source of power and peace for a fuller life.

Many clients realise after that balancing their energy systems (or chakras) can help them cope better with stress, depression, pain and anxiety.
